Thanks for your input Don! My 35 yrs of banking (mostly commercial lending in Canada) has taught me to question what the expenses to create the $200,000 a month wich in thhich is the improtant figure. I had many customers proudly declaring annual income of 3-7million annually of revenues ultimately netting 1or maybe 2% which in this case would be 2-3thousand net a month.
