There is a company called Foran Mining which I knew along time ago. They just the past 6 months did a 1:4 stock reverse split, got a new ceo and board and the stock went to .40 cents from .08 cents(after reverse), then refinanced added the new blood and is now 1.20 and no new projects, no new results, nothing just new blood and money.I knew this company then ( 9-10 years ago, I got burned with the then manager whom worked hard and promised every thing and then sold the company where he himself made money and no one else), today same properties but the price is triple after reverse and new mangers. FOM suffered along time and finally it will come out of the dark. Good for them.
