False: Murray was angry when he got canned and threatened legal action. That never happened. This leads me to conclude that when he made the attempt he was met with the reason and supporting evidence for his dismissal
False ; In the past you even admitted that he said many things that he should never have said including grandiose claims.
Here is what happened as I understand. Murry called her to tell her that he had spoken to Kevin Kilan who claimed that he hadn't spoken with SLI for over a year. Lori told Murry to come to Vancouver and she would explain the whole thing to him. Within minutes of him entering the SLI office, he was fired with cause. She never gave him any reason for it and subsequently, he contacted the TSX to find some answers. They informed him that they could not share the reason as it is confidental.
Period, end of story!!
He was no doubt being used as a scapegoat, or she would not have refused his verbal resignation a few months earlier when she got rid of Bains and St. James. His job, as she saw it, was not done at that point.
What is of more importance at this time is what caused Lori's sudden resignation from IGD, only hours after the AGM? What caused Kalal's resignation the same day the financials were released? And what caused Akin, Gray, and the CFO to resign 2 weeks later? Coincidence....I think not.
