This is a temporary enticement for those to come forward (former insiders), that have information pertinent to the SLI case. Grab the money and set the wheels in motion BEFORE the OSC is also dismantled, due to crimes against the public interest. Any (former insider) may wish they had this golden oportunity before ALL comes down, including a monetary system that is about to change rapidly.

The biggest culprits to whistleblow upon in relation to the article, are actually the Maple Group, the banks and funds, which OWN the TSX. IIROC also needs to come down, the Maple Groups appointed paid regulator. IIROC is fundamental in concealing the criminal MARKET MANIPULATION by the banks, which are mostly, Maple Group composition. Every time a bank underwrites a PP for any company, they ILLEGALLY MANIPULATE the stock price lower BEFORE the announcement of any PP. Huge losses are incurred by the oblivious public as a result of this accepted deceitful practice, of which ALL REGULATORS CONDONE. Because of not only this blatant act of pillage, the financial system and markets, are about to unravel. The timing of the demise is unknown, it is imminent, and CANNOT be reversed. The timing is dependent upon the accelerated rate of awareness to the public, that we are already in the midst thereof.
