I believe this blatantly depicts at least the crime of embezzlement. Embezzlement also surely fits the Cueva Blanca transaction that deprived shareholders of that property.

A clear misappropriation of funds is also present.

These are clearly crimes, not only in criminal law, but in Securities laws as well. It is though, a very large and bigger crime by the authorities to not enforce laws and to continuously put the public at risk.
