This is what I found on the Gold Summit. According to the information provided on the St. Elias home page we acquired the property for $150,000.00. Some of you may recall me posting about this quite some time ago.
During fiscal 2011 we purchased our interest in the property for $150,000. The property ownership includes an 85% interest in three mineral claims and a 100% interest in eight mineral claims and one placer claim. Havilah Mines Ltd. will develop exploration plans after it completes financing arrangements, or as it find companies interested in optioning this property.
Who did we buy them from? That is the interesting part. All of them were sold to us by Jeffrey Ruskowsky. Jeff acquired most of the claims from Lloyd Brewer and they turned over to SLI on the same day. A couple of the other claims, Jeff acquired through Dorian Leslie and a fellow by the name of Ashok Krishnamurthy.
