I agree it was a smoke screen, but it may be interesting to see if there were other intents as well. For example; does it show in the financials that any monies were paid out for work for the Gold Summit? It may not mean that legit work was done, but may reveal anoyther disposition of funds to another party, something like the $100,000 that Hi Ho paid to get the properties back.
