This is managements words and blatantly, it is TRUTH, or the authorities would have acted upon management. The authorities WILL presently NOT act, BECAUSE they have fear and are controlled, I suggest that the authorities keep running with their tails between their legs, OR, make a stand and do whats right by EXPOSING the money and greed behind this PILLAGE.

I suspect that RBC plays a big part in this, whereas RBC past affiliation is easily traced, in many ways. RBC was the major underwriter for Barricks last offering and past traces show affiliation between management connections, RBC and Barrick. Although, in the buisness, everyone is essentially connected, if you dig far enough. Remember the troubles shareholders had with the banks during the vote? Remember the wash trades by the big banks during the takedown of the stock? Remember the information being publicly released a few months ago about how management had said, that "they" were going to "hit" the stock?
