How is the tesoro good to small scale mine one minute while funding is sought after, and then not economically feasible according to an unqualified person the next? Also, is it considered professional practice by a CEO, or even legal for that matter, to have an unqualified persons ramblings posted in a NR that could have a large impact on the SP? Just curious as i am unaware, but do have a hard time seeing this practice as legit. From what i have seen of the tsx-v it would appear a robbery caught on camera in front of a dozen rcmp, a judge, many lawyers and many investors goes unquestioned by anyone with the power to do so. I guess i was just another trusting Canadian that believed rules and regulations were undoubtably designed in order to offer a level of protection for those taking part in the market for such situations as we find ourselves in. It would appear the 'who you know' scenerio is more important, as it is well known challenging any "questionable" acts is costly and beyond the means of most who become the 'affected' in this type of scenerio. In such a case those with the responsibility to act must not feel very much pressure to do so, and as a result simply sluff things off like we the shareholders thus far appear to have been.
