The rumors of SLI being on BLACKOUT for the next 10 days are no rumor. It is indeed very trues and there are MULTIPLE news releases pending during those 10 days. For there to be a black out the news has to be considered material. We have been waiting months for news from SLI and the biggest news that investors have been waiting for is DRILL PERMITS!
