Would you agree quantec would be considered amoung those that have already tested for precision and accuracy? Could this level of skill be attributed to such a high cost for their services?. Could this be why certain majors apparently accepted some payment for ownership through services rendered by quantec? Thats as i understand it to be anyway.. Imo.
