I reflect upon the trip to China made by directors Murry and Duncan in Dec 2011 before any drill results came out. The trip was a success and I recall talking to Murry before the initial release came out and understood they had a successful trip. It was very interesting that Murry and Duncan had problems with Lori, to get the informative update out to shareholders, and perhaps her actions suggested that she didn,t want it known how successful the trip had been. Now this comes weeks before the directors of what Lori considered high calibre, comes on board. Wouldn,t one think that Lori would have been estatic about getting the "China trip news release" out to shareholders, and support an already declining stock price? Perhaps Lori didn,t want any buyers of our stock then? But why? The stock had gone from a $2.83 high to around the $2 level around the China Trip, wouldn,t you think that a CEO may would have welcomed any buying to support the stock price?

You may also add in here that Primed flipped sides months before any drill results were released as well as the Short target that was publicized around the same time Primed flipped, early fall of 2011, months before any initial drill results from what should be the biggest mineral strike ever, were released. Then you add in the proof that management told certain ones that they were going to crash the stock, BEFORE any results became public. Why would any management decide to crash their own stock? Isn,t that stock price manipulation which is punishable by not only securities law but under the criminal code of Canada as well? When the RCMP say that they could not find proof of intent of fraud, have they familiarized themselves with the written law that is conveyed to the public, or is there another set of laws for the greed that are applied at will? As I mentioned before, I feel perhaps at least three RCMP investigators are questioning the direction and lack of direction the RCMP investigation took. Not only the RCMP investigators are in a questionable circumstance worthy of a national inquiry, but also Allan Costin of the BCSC and Jeffery Shon of the TSX Compliance Department may come under severe scrutiny as a result of their non action or neglect. The greed loves scapegoats, and it is very possible that the latter two of the regulators may be two that are thrown under the bus as sacrifice for the greed to continue to conceal.
