And this is part of the problem with the PP. How can we, serious investors, condone a PP when the past record of the BOD on spending, has been very questionable, in the least? Mrs Cramer, God love her heart!, brought up a very excellent point in her post about the Curvy Fasion Show. Now its great for a company that has revenues, to sponser such things, but when a company is just an exploration company depending on the markets for funding, this type of action causes grave concerns. Its not only the money that went into the sponsership of the Curvy Fasion Show, it is the connected expenditures as well. For example; this show seemed to have been in New York, and the Video at least shows Lori and Jeff present at the ceremony. So, we know at least 2 SLI representatives were there, and perhaps the associated costs, plane tickets etc, were charged to SLI. Without seeing a breakdown of past expenses and no public transparency by our said audit committee, investors are left to believe that portions of the PP may be used indiscriminately.

Past history with the BOD, clearly suggests reckless spending in at least the travel category and has enhanced the financial difficulties this company is experiencing now. This is a clear breach of fudiciary duty in the respect of shareholders best interests. There has also been a column for entertainment implimented in a past financials, what is that? It clearly demonstrates that the BOD is having entertainment at the shareholders expense. Again, I can go on and on, but clearly one breach of fudiciary duty, is quite enough.

thank you
