Sinister, I heard that a shareholder called in and asked if they could get in on the PP, and was told by the CEO that yes they could. That was a couple of weeks ago and they still haven't received the information via email like they were told.

One of my concerns with the PP is where are the proceeds going? What defines "working capital"? It doesn't seem like enough money to do much exploration, so what are the plans? If I were to participate in it, could I be funding the legal costs incurred by proceeding with the defamation suit? That would be kinda like cutting my nose off to spite my face!
