Think about perhaps the misrepresentations that may have been present in Managements circular, perhaps there were none, but if it wasn,t discussed and scrutinized in court, how would we ever know? If it were to become known that there were misrepresentations in the management circular, then how can the judges decision stand?

If you are suggesting that there is nothing wrong with the law, I suggest you take some time to broaden your scope of vision and take a look around the world in regards to protests and worldwide corruption. If there were no problems with law, do you think this current global unrest would be happening?
