Not to degrade you Whoa, but I believe you are missing the main and most important point here, the rights of the shareholder. By restricting your vision to the confines of the law, you are unable to see the full picture. The problem is with the laws, and when one condones the laws, one excludes rights from the picture, this is a contradiction. I suggest you expand your horizon and don,t limit yourself to such restrictions. Of course its always your choice, I am merely trying to help you, so please dont take this the wrong way.
