is apparently a law firm that seems to be representing a frivolous suit against 91% of the shareholders vote in the company. This is a world wide legal firm with a huge business. IMO, I can,t see how Richard Bereti, a managing partner could support his prestigious firm taking on such a ridiculous case. This could turn out as a huge embarrassment for his firm and involve sanctions.

The rights issues we are bordering on here could be very damaging to his company globally especially at this precarious time world wide where more and more, peoples rights are being recognized and corruption being revealed on a massive scale. Injustices in the past globally, seem to be coming to light more and more and partisan to these injustices are enjoying repercussions.

What is he thinking? Are his partners aware of this?
