Keep in mind, the opinions on this site are for the most part speculation and are not necessarily the opinions of the company WITHOUT PREJUDICE
....if SLI lawyers pull out of this frivolous suit at anytime. As more and more proceedings occur and more acts are documented, the more that the SLI lawyers individually and also the law firm itself, comes at risk for disciplinary actions. Not only the individual lawyer liscenses become at risk, but also the whole reputation of the firm itself.
If this case turns out frivolous, these lawyers could lose their practising liscence as well as cause great harm to the firm they represent and may open themselves up to a whole can of worms. I believe they may be taking this into consideration, if not, perhaps they should.
If SLI representing lawyers are in receipt of what appears to be substantial evidence against their case, they cannot proceed if the outcome may jeopardize the public interest, without be a great risk for litigation directed at them. In most cases lawyers will not go against other lawyers on anything like this, but remember that we are in great times of change, and these great times of change involves each individuals rights.
A post on Stock house yesterday, is read in such a way by me to mean, that more evidence is coming forward in our favour. As more people come forward with the information they have, the weaker Lori,s and her lawyers case becomes. Also worthy of mention, and this should be thoroughly researched and legal advice obtained, is that any witness against the Plaintiff in any case, may be saved from harm from something they may have done, in the course of giving testimony that PROTECTS the public, in this case, SLI shareholders. You may also kick in the WHISTLE BLOWER POLICY here as well. There is protection for anyone coming forward with information and a degree of immunity in regard to this exists.
I have some concern, if the poster on Stock House is credible, then there may be reason to believe he feels threatened or insecure as a result of supplying information, and this paragraph is for him/her . The best thing to do in this case is to disseminate the information you have and even make it public, this alleviates any further intimidation and serves as protection. It looks to me, and save from harm, that he/she may have had death threats. Along with this, give this info to the police and document who you gave it to at the police, and also, don,t give it to just one police detachment, the more you disseminate it to the authorities, the better chance that it doesn,t get lost .
People have to speak up with any information they may have.
This may be in the public interest and I consider it not against any restraining order that may be in affect against me.
