It is indeed, a defamation of Mr Rainbirds character. I believe Lori publicized this defamation perhaps shortly after the AGM and perhaps before she initiated a conspiracy and defamation suit against various individuals. So, in the description below, you see the "inferior image" component, which describes her manner of continually publicizing information about Mr Rainbird, for no reason, other than perhaps a vindictive/bully stance of degradation and mayhaps, libel.

I should also note, that in her conference call of approx Feb 2011, she indirectly degraded Agoracom as well as its members, via the statement that went something like "who ever reads message boards are not very bright", or something similar. Agoracom, IMO, as well as others, is a reputable message rally point for investors and Agoracom has helped investors to fight battles against injustice in the investment markets. To degrade Agoracom as well as other investing messaging sites, is inadvertly taking a stance that investors perhaps should not be united, informed, nor protected to a degree. Part of our only protection as shareholders, comes from these message boards where investors can share info and facts, so that a better investment decision can be made. The value of these boards is priceless, as presently is with Agoracom to the degree that so many investors here shared info and became very informed, not only in this investment, but so many other important and connected aspects of the market. And for her to say in that statement in the Feb 2011 conference call, that nobody reads the message boards, she made referrence of "tabloids" in that same discussion, there should be no need whatsoever to launch defamation suits against posters on these forums, because in her words, "nobody reads them". So this is showing that the message boards were not a concern for her then, and she freely made the degrading and defamatory remarks about such.

Apparently, now she recognizes the power of these message boards and must try to crush them for perhaps selfish reasons. To take away posters and posting content to these sites is damaging to Agoracom, etc. Agoracom is trying to promote its business under a responsible and protective way that involves other small public traded companies. Agoracom helps these small companies get started, by giving them exposure. For the SLI BOD to be bringing ludicrous negative publicity to the name of Agoracom, perhaps the BOD can be held lible for this. Understand people, and Agoracom as well, as the current BOD may be illegally elected, that these current actions by the BOD, would put them individually accountable and not the company SLI.

SLI, is the shareholders company and Agoracom has helped us and help make this the strong company that it is today. Without Agoracom, we would not have been able to fully stand up for ourselves and deliver a high quality of content to this forum. Agoracom should be very proud of watching one of its forums experience so much growth and stand up to the current BOD. In a sense, this forum should be viewed upon by Agoracom, as one of its children. We, the posters have done nothing wrong, in fact, we have done everything right. We stood up for our investment and supported it vigorously and continue to this very second of time. The accusations against current management on this forum were and are well founded, and we don,t need anyone telling us that right is wrong. Its when people clam up because of intimidation, that transparency and awareness stops, and this affects us shareholders negatively at this time. By investors not posting, the awareness is not created and there is very little getting out to the public. There have been a substantial amount of red flags with this our company, and we are concerned, very, but if we stop speaking here, it allows for things to be swept under the rug. And I believe this is Lori,s and the current BOD,s tactic, to stop us from revealing to the public, all the red flags we are finding, and a stall tactic as well.

The injustice us shareholders have been dealt in throwing away our 91% vote, is disgraceful. And that alone needs to be put in the publics eye as well as the inaction by regulators and such. And don,t worry about Lori,s little frivolous suits, they may never get to court, and are most likely a SLAPP tactic at shutting people up, which I may add, seems to be working and is damaging perhaps traffic to Agoracoms site. Posters here know all the things they have said, and IMO, they wouldn,t have said them if they knew they couldn,t back them up or have reasonable evidence. Posters were only trying to defend their investment, they were not attacking Lori for no reason, they had reasonable cause as a defensive measure towards their investment.

As for me, I still stand behind my evaluation of the properties 500%, and I still say the Tesoro is huge.
