Well it looks like the SLI website is back up and running with a few minor changes, nothing too drastic.
One thing that I found absolutely appalling is the AGM category. It mentions nothing of the AGM, it only has the past disciplinary actions of James Rainbird. On the wake of a pending lawsuit for defamation of character, one would think that the CEO would take measures to make sure something like this would not happen. I'm not sure how they figure Mr. Rainbird has anything to do with the AGM, as he was disqualified from running because of the deadline. The exchange had already granted him eligibilty to run as director, and the Green circular gave public access to his past charges, so I am totally mystified as why this is on there? It appears there were no issues with these charges when James was President of IGD, so what has changed?
