This release by IGD could be negatively received by the markets because of this one line:

"...the decision to drop the option is a direct result of the local communities, within the project, expressing strong concerns about, and objections to, mineral exploration activities at Cueva Blanca."

There was no need for this line in my opinion. I would say it goes so far as to be defamatory of St.Elias Mines holdings. Others may not agree with my opinion. Many may.
