Agreed Mols! Here is an NR from Candente talking about the problem in a late January release. It looks to me progress is being made and these locals only want their rights recognized, much like us and our voting rights. We can work with these people.

Here is an excerpt from the release;

Members of the communities attending the meeting stated that they are open to the possibility to accept mining development projects in their localities.

However, they also stated that it must be within the framework respecting the communities and the environment, differentiating themselves from the anti-mining and radical positions.
