I'm just thinking in the case the judge doesn't want to deal with this kind of thing. Would be quick and easy for judge to overturn all decisions made from last AGM to present, then having us re-do AGM ourselves. Would save judge time and I think they like that....but I truly don't know how those things work. Just a guess. Wiser
