IMO, I can see the judge ordering the AGM to be rescheduled with somebody neutral standing as chair to make sure it goes proper. Aswell I think anything that has taken place between Dec 27th and now (or whenever this gets to judge) will have to be paid back, options returned etc. At least I hope that's how it will work. Wiser
