It's interesting tho how they were able to "open up" a position for the fifth director when really only 4 positions were vacant, as Murry Braucht did not resign, to my knowledge, until the day of the AGM. Doesn't that mean that they illegally elected another director? There was no open position for the fifth director prior to the AGM.
