If you add this up, it comes to 698,000 shares. That is less than .5% of the companies shares and does not exactly instill confidence in the company. While our sp was sliding, there appears there was no support by management in helping, and Lori,s recent selling has contributed to the sp decline.

Here is an excerpt from an article that suggests management held or controlled 33% of the stock, my question would be, Where is that 33% now? It doesn,t show in the above numbers from SEDI.

It is refreshing to See management putting their wallet where their mouth is. More times than not I see
