Fellow investors, I am very sorry how my post turned out, titled "pg 5 from the circular". I am in the process of trying to remove the whole thread, whereas it may be confusing to some or most. What happened, was as BOW said, I did a copy and paste from the circular which showed up as itallic printing in my post before submission, when I submitted the post to the forum, I didn,t realize that the font from copy and paste from the circular, changed to match the font of my post, making it undistinguishable.

So please disregard that post and consider not voting until you have all proxies in hand that will give you more choices.
