It would be most likely beneficial and in her own best interests for her to leave on good terms should this type of situation arose.

If she was to walk away from SLI, she would need her reputation intact going forward to be able to survive the industry. If she caused a lot of problems, this develops an air of disfavour and your reputation quite often proceeds you. In other words, if she was trying to bankrupt this company or place it in jeopardy, she would most likely never get support in any future endeavours with any company. Her entire livelyhood would be at stake, not to mention anyone else that was in management that stood by and allowed this to happen. Then the accountability would engulf Tyna, Kulwant, etc, and jeopardize their well being as well. So, nobody does this type of self destruction to themselves and others 99.9% of the time.

So,I say don,t worry, she would not risk all this, plus others would not be allowed to let it happen. The last financials looked ok with less spending evident, so I don,t believe she is trying to sink the ship. Also the fear someone posted on the other forum about share consolodation, is also ludicrous. Lori would not want that following her around as well.

So don,t worry about all these speculative things that could damage Lori as well, posters bring these up to only instill fear, be wise!
