If the St. Elias grades are so good, why has the shareprice collapsed form $2.80 to 21c?

Interstingly, St. Elias' immediate neighbor Dynacor themselves do a fair bit of toll milling for surrounding artisenal miners, but not too much of there own, do you know why that is?
