Message: looking at the geophysics again

I am constantly thinking about how the geophysics on the Tesoro can be wrong. After much discussion over the last couple years with geo,s, geophysisits and friends, I walk away each time becoming more convinced that it does indicate we are sitting on something huge, that contains a lot of gold. For me, there is no other result, I always come back to the same conclusion from attacking it at different angles. The most prominent evidence that takes me right back to the geophysics saying that there is lots of gold there, is because of the 2 mines, C-1 and A-4 and their gold grades. You cannot ignore these most crucial pieces of evidence when trying to understand the geophysics, these are your proofs. If we would have never had any info from below the surface like these 2 mines, then one could argue that the anomalies could be anything, and I would agree with them. But with the available proofs , that is throwed right out the window, IMO.

Lori said that the silicious zones in the cores have not been tested yet for gold content, well here is a link from another company that explains their silicious zones hold the gold(as is we have gold numbers from these zone types on the Tesoro). Their geophysics revealed that there gold bearing structures give off a geophysical signature of high chargeabilty/high resitivity, the same as our deeper anomalies.

See, in different areas of the world, your geophysical colors have to be interpreted differently, and what signature colors that apply in one area, may not apply in another. This is where your proof comes in and how your gold grades/composition in relation to the the colors of the Titan images enable you to know what these colors represent. I have sais before that to me, there is a uniqueness to the Tesoro property, in respect to what looks like several different deposition methods of gold. This will cause interpretation of the colors to be slightly different for each deposition method on the property. The excellent thing for us, we have mines in two of these different reading types and this enables us to apply these signatures more efficiently. For instance, in the C-1 area, we know that the gold is associated with sulphides. A direct ratio correlation also exists and has been documented, that gold grade increases as the sulphide percentage increases. The sulphide percentage is giving a high chargeabilty reading registering as orange/red, the deeper we go, the signature gets stronger yet in this area turning to the pink/red, higher up the scale. The interesting thing here is, that when you look at the deepest samples taken from the C-1 you will see a slightly elevated sulphide content as well as some higher gold grades. This would be your proof of this area. So if you take this proof, get a sample from another anomaly with the same signature(of which we have many near surface ones) and your sulphides/gold are present, you have no choice but to make the assumption that the same should apply in these other anomalies as well. It is my opinion, that these type of anomalies on the Tesoro are epithermal, originating from the re circulation of a mesothermal system, meaning that another/several events came after the mesothermal systems, burning and redistributing the mineralization. Epithermal systems are usually developed around the 300 m range, so if a mesothermal system is responsible for the epithermal system, its original deposition would remain intact below this roughly 300m. The original mesothermal portion left, would undoubtedly give off a different signature on the geophysics, like we are seeing.

So, IMO, when looking at the geophysics of the Tesoro, you can,t just look at the colors and know what they mean. You have to apply all the availible evidence. The same colors in one part of the property, may mean something different on another part. And you can clearly see this when comparing the slides of the C-1 and A-4 areas. But the most interesting thing, is that it looks like gold is present in every type of alteration on the property by reviewing all the evidence, and the geophysics show that there are numerous alterations/anomalies.

The fact that it looks like we can,t find the anomaly, is deceiving IMO. The anomalies are most likely not gonna be made of entire quartz, they are most likely made from different alterations, and to only test the quartz portions of a drill core when this is encountered, is ridiculous,IMO. We are not soley looking for the quartz veins that bear gold, we are looking for the bulk tonnage alterations to know if we have an open pit or not. We know we have high grade gold bearing veins, the trick is to fill in the gaps in between with gold.

This is all in my opinion and is how I see it. With what I wrote above, I cannot see the Tesoro property being anything less than amazing.

IMO
