The toilet water just seems to turn red when someone keeps feeding you beets. You are absolutely right that you need to talk to Murry. Speculating on a property is one thing, but speculating on a pesons intentions is entirely another. I don't know where you live but I'd suggest that a good sit down with Murry is in order.
