Your own post of Jan 12th states:

"This company is probably worth $3-4 share WITHOUT the anomaly. That’s good enough for us until we see what’s INSIDE the anomaly".

I tried to find the post, I believe from Sculpin, that referred to the 43-101 where the estimates of known gold on Tesoro and Vilcoro would give a share price of $3.00-$3.50. I looked for awhile but I can’t spend any more time on this. The statement was from memory and not something I guessed at myself.
