I concur with your assesment however I do not understand your point. What could possibly be the point of driving down the shares knowing what we know? An accumulation would be a good thing, perhaps leading to a buyout and keep inmind a suitor would nedd only 12 million shares give or take. Typically the only reason I have ever seen for this type of trend is to position for another private placement. It always benefits the favored party to obtain more shares for the same investment. From what I hear about the AGM Lori was not pleased with the outcome of the votes and may want to postion more insiders to help increase/consolidate her control?
