Keep in mind, the opinions on this site are for the most part speculation and are not necessarily the opinions of the company WITHOUT PREJUDICE
IMO, this sell down today was deliberate by Anon and they also borrowed some stock to sell that wasn,t theirs. There is, what looks like evidence that they were selling some stock that did not belong to them as well the last going off. If you look at the last Alpha trades, you can see where Anon purposely bought some shares at a lower price, then turned around and sold into the bid. They have whats called an uptick rule when you short, that you can only do this when the arrow is up. I discussed this here before, so I hope most remember it, and for those that don,t, google it so you will understand what I am saying. Anonomous is house #1.

A friend and I looked at the accumulation/disposition of stock for the last couple months, House #1 (Anon) was the only house that stuck out as a huge seller, the rest of the houses were pretty neutral to a tune of 200k or so shares( i believe around there), this is of no concern and day trading and light selling by some retail would account for this. So, my analysis would be that no one is really selling, when they did, someone bought, but Anon is on a mission.
A look at the short numbers would suggest that there is no shorters doing this to the stock, but as I mentioned before, they do take advantages of sp swings and do show up. Whats happening now, is an orchestrated attempt at driving the sp down mastered by Anon. Where we see no accumulation on the flip side of this, I would rule out anybody trying to put the sp down so they can accumulate stock. The fact that the perpetrator is hiding behind Anon, is interesting in itself. We can,t see who is actually selling those shares. Its not management or anyone at arms length to management that is selling, they can,t, they are still in blackout recieving results. A suitor will occasional use this type of tactic, as seen with maybe Arequipa, for instance, before making an offer, but, I don,t believe that to be the case here also, because we have too strong of a shareholder base, it would be futile.
For it to be, just someone selling, I would question why they would sell anonymously and why they would bother to step the sp down by what looks like a shorting technique thrown into the mix? If they just want to sell shares, sell what you have, get out, you don,t bother shorting if you are not done selling. If someone saw results that are bad, and started selling, they could get hooked for insider trading, so I think this would not be the case either. Also, any results that could be detrimental to the SP has to be released immediately, they cannot sit on them, or they have legality issues.
This is only my opinion on the situation.
