Please look up, and do the research on the following 4 previous takeouts:
- Andean
- Arequipa
- Aurelian
- Ventana
I'd like to know the following in your research:
- The Year the Company was taken out?
- The Company doing the Takeout?
- The average price of Gold at the Time?
- The Takeout Offer?
- The Approx Gold Reserves being taken Out?
- The Number of Fully Diluted Outstanding Shares of the Company being Taken Out?
- The Takeout Price per Share?
- The Equivalent SLI share price, based on fully diluted outstanding shares? Gold Price at the time we won't even worry about even though it was much less in all 4 examples!
- Last but not least, The Avg Price per OZ in the ground paid? (You're saying $50 per OZ, well I guess we'll see?)
To all, remember, these 4 takeouts have actually happened, so I guess I can say these numbers are "Facts", can I not?
