Please look up, and do the research on the following 4 previous takeouts:

1. Andean
2. Arequipa
3. Aurelian
4. Ventana

I'd like to know the following in your research:

1. The Year the Company was taken out?
2. The Company doing the Takeout?
3. The average price of Gold at the Time?
4. The Takeout Offer?
5. The Approx Gold Reserves being taken Out?
6. The Number of Fully Diluted Outstanding Shares of the Company being Taken Out?
7. The Takeout Price per Share?
8. The Equivalent SLI share price, based on fully diluted outstanding shares? Gold Price at the time we won't even worry about even though it was much less in all 4 examples!
9. Last but not least, The Avg Price per OZ in the ground paid? (You're saying $50 per OZ, well I guess we'll see?)

To all, remember, these 4 takeouts have actually happened, so I guess I can say these numbers are "Facts", can I not?
