I don,t beleive we would ever do this, actually I don,t think it would ever be in the cards for Tesoro. It wouldn,t make sense for us to pass it over for someone to mine, taking 2 years before we got a return on our investment, When we can sell it outright and realize an immediate gain.

If we had the sale of the Tesoro under our belt, with an immediate huge rise in the sp giving investors a windfall of cash, then maybe for a property or 2 in the future could be set up this way for us to receive dividends. But we need a big property sale first.

To me, the suggestion is proposterous for us. Its not what we do, we prove up properties and sell them.
