I wish to throw a monkey wrench into the line of reasoning of buyouts and state that I do not believe there will be one...

I have done a lot of research on this and have come to the conclusion that the best way to unlock the value of the Tesoro and subsequent properties is through a royalty trust arrangement, like the one between Callinan Royalties Corporation and Hudbay Minerals Inc...
