Excellent comments wox and something that has had little thought on here.

The best time to do a PP is at a time of strength to catch the shorts off guard. In a lot of stocks, if a shorter/financier beleives a PP may be coming soon, they will try to push the stock down as low as they can. They make money going down and benefit greatly if they get in the low price PP.

In our case, we remained strong on our SP because of the tightly held shares and more or less, a surprise PP that may have caught any perpetrators off guard. This enabled Lori at offering less shares out of the treasury for more money. A benefit for us shareholders because of less dilution and we now have extra cash. Like you said wox, it really doesn,t matter what she is gonna use it for, at least we got it with little effect to our sp or share count.
