I agree that sometimes it is a little frustrating with the concept of share dilution , but the potential to get caught " fifty bucks short" hurts worse. The other view to this PP issue is to look at it as a barometer of interest in our company. Nobody (or more) drops 4.5 mill without some confidence in the future of this company. Remember as well that thier shares are tied up for awhile . We all have seen the studies and reports . We have all watched Lori's Forbes interview and now we see a full PP . Looks pretty good to me! One more piece of the puzzle that fits, and I'm liking the picture . Retirement just got alittle closer. IMO MV1
