When you opened your account, there may have been a box to tick if you wanted financials, etc mailed to you. If you opted not to receive these, you may not get your proxies.

I suggest you keep tabs on this board so you will know when the Circular/ Proxies come out, and call RBC again and tell them you want your voting rights when they are distributed again.
