Next administration has everything settled to sustain Peru’s economic growth

Lima, Mar. 25 (ANDINA). The next administration will have everything to sustain the country’s economic growth, with estimates ranging from 9% to 10% over the next five years, Peruvian President Alan Garcia said Friday.
The president said there are still many projects to be completed and that he will hand out every budget plan to the next administration so that works can continue.
“The next administration will have everything to keep expanding, as we have (between 9% and 10%) during the last years by creating job opportunities. I ask God to help the next administration so that the country can continue this path”, Garcia noted.
The president further noted that some 14000 works has been carried out during his administration, which demanded S/.80 billion (around US$28.8 billion), especially in water and wastewater, electrification and highways.
President Garcia inaugurated expansion and improvement works of the water and wastewater system for Sarita Colonia, Juan Pablo II, Acapulco settlements in Callao.
