Hey Sculpin, don't know how many people followed this story, but for information for everyone:
The 1st page when you click on your link, shows Aurelian with approx 33 Million shares outstanding (the date of your link was April 23, 2007)
On approx June 26, 2007 they announced a stock split (4 to 1) so the 33.3 Million shares became approx 133.2 Million. Then with warrants, options etc, at time of the Kinross takeover (Sept 2008), they had approx 146 Million shares.
Then it was approx 1.2 Billion Takeout on those shares which ended up approx $8.20 per share. But, the takeout price per OZ they paid back then seems to work out to approx $87.00 per OZ in 2008. Approx 13.7 Million OZ of Gold & approx 22 Million OZ of silver. Not too many shareholders were too impressed?
