If there is no material news in hand, then there should not be a blackout. I suspect that the blackout may have came off last week because the 3-D was material information. However, if management is back in blackout, that would mean they have material news in hand.

Now, I find this very interesting and telling of where our share price is going. The AMEX listing requires a company to have at least a $3 sp. This is listed in the Table in the link below under criteria. Any light bulbs come on?
