hi charlie boy, I,m not trying to console, but will just say what I think of the permit situation.
I can understand everyones anxiety, mine included. But I think each and everyone of us has to ask ourselves, "are we comfortable?" I have, what is a sizable position in my own standards. I realise the risk of it going in a flash, as well as hopefully being rewarded. I beleive management has been waiting for a decision "anyday now" like the rest of us. I wouldnt doubt thats why Lori says she was given a date by which a decision will be made. I wouldnt doubt, she told the Peruvian gov, "this is taking too long, give me something to tell my shareholders".
By a specific date being mentioned by Lori, an awkward situation could arise which could be detrimental to the company. In no way is she gonna jeopardize this project, this could be a global news item and I would be very nervous on how I proceeded also. Its our company, BUT lori is our leader and we have to trust in her to do the best for all of us.
There is the other alternative, sell your shares and wait to see if/when we get the permits. IMO, I wouldnt take that risk right now,(loosing out on a potential great reward).
I,m impatient too, but its not in managements hands to change this at this point in time.
