Hi JSS

A factor I believe you have to take into consideration is the land itself. Look at pictures of Vilcoro and you see a lush green area. Tesoro on the other hand could be used by NASA as a Mars simulation site.

Still as I said before there is so much work to be done prior to commencement of drilling I believe the issue of permit timing is small.
