I wonder how many shares and how much money they or sgx will pay them?

Maybe the appeal filed by SGX/OAK was accepted and claims re-instated?... If not, SGX was quite firm that it was OAK who dropped the ball on the claims lapse mess. IMO any compensation agreement (money, shares, smelter royalties, etc.) with the re-stakers for these claims should be made between OAK and the re-stakers and not affect SGX ownership stake in Kerrs at all.
