Interesting... did not expect this until we heard of resolution to claims lapse/re-staked issue. Maybe things have been settled or will be settled soon? In any event, although the claims lapse issue does concern 3 key Kerrs claims where much historical drilling has been completed, SGX/OAK still retain a massive land area at Kerrs unaffected by this dispute... including area to the south of all most previous drilling that borders EXS-v Eastford Lake... 100m or so from 16.6 g/t Au over 12m discovery hole drilled last year by EXS-v... to my knowledge this area has never been drill tested... it was my understanding next OAK drill program would include a few holes in this area... Maps indicate EXS-v structure may be present on SGX/OAK claims... also heard some time ago that EXS-v got much intelligence of the area from SGX and it was this info that guided their drill program... should be interesting.

Would be nice to see OAK Kerrs drilling announcement and detailed drill plans released asap... SGX would be involved with 4 active drill programs... PL, SP, GE and Kerrs.
