So, you think the mighty Kinross is here because the deal that didn't pan out in Russia brought them to their knees, and thanks to goodness this company ( Sage) that you hold in such low esteem threw them a lifeline and saved their bacon?

Sure, in this economic climate, anybody runs around waving 6 million bucks under a junior's nose saying "Will trade cash for shares!!!", you're gonna see a lot of takers. Thing is, there's a BOATLOAD of juniors out there, and I think Kinross did a lot or tire-kicking before settling on Sage. Wasn't there talk of a lot of analysts and site visits? What do you suppose that was all about, a field trip for the suits to boost morale? In Geraldton? Snort!!!

I'm not saying that Kinross's presence is going to guarantee success, or be a harbinger of things to come, but it sure doesn't hurt having them on board. It increases Sage's expertise and business profile and brings the game to a "Ho Nubba Lebbel".

Kinross likes gold. They like it so much they buy future gold mines for a business.

So don't kid yourself that this is just some pickle that Kinross landed themselves in and it's serendipitous that they found Sage amongst all the others. Certainly they wanted to preserve their capital, but they also want to GROW that capital.

The fatalistic views simply reeks of the gang over at SH. It's weird, it's to the point where that bunch WANTS to see Sage fail. You'd think these same folks who keep wanting to just "Break even" on their investment would prefer to lay off the venomous posts so that they don't scare off new investors, so the price would go up, so that they could sell and move on like they promise to. But that would be a reasonable response, from folks who ACTUALLY own shares other than what we have going on over there.

And if they actually represent a cross-section of what shareholders can be like, my goodness, I've got two words for them.

Get.

Help.
