Gold is expected to trade lower over the short term according to Armstrong. I believe the reclassification could be approprite in strengthening our case to secure mine building finances in case of a developing lower metal's price for the unknown amount of months ahead.
Mr. Kaip said he sees potential for Borden to produce 275,000 ounces of gold a year at cash costs of US$640, which would be highly profitable even in a weak gold price environment.
As the drills continue turning, there is always a great possibility, IMO, that the best grades are yet to be discovered.
